One of these bills SB23-169, Increasing Minimum Age To Purchase Firearms, goes into effect on Monday August 7th.

This new law prohibits anyone in Colorado who is under the age of 21 from purchasing a firearm.

When this law was passed, Rocky Mountain Gun Owners (RMGO) sued the State to stop this unconstitutional attack on the rights of young adults
