The race for Colorado’s US Senate seat is one of the hottest in the country.
With the balance of the US Senate at stake, Democrats and Republicans are pouring millions of dollars into Colorado.
The candidates campaigns have spent at least $10.7 million, and outside spending has nearly topped $16 million. (source)
But even with all this spending, many of Colorado’s voters are not satisfied with the Republican and Democratic candidates.
Specifically, Colorado conservatives no longer feel that the Colorado Republican Party represents their values.
The betrayal of Colorado conservatives is exemplified in the choice for the GOP’s US Senate candidate.
Colorado’s 2022 Open Republican Primary resulted in an pro-abortion, pro-war, anti-Trump, pro-Build-Back-Better candidate nominated for one of the highest political positions in the country.
Many Colorado conservatives are refusing to cast their vote for the Republican nominee, because he does not share their values.
Thankfully, Colorado voters have another option this year.
Brian Peotter is someone who shares the values of Colorado conservatives.
