Proposition NN will rob Colorado taxpayers of their Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights (TABOR) refunds forever!
But another Senator, Democrat Cathy Kipp has filed a legal complaint against the Independence Institute for using her likeness in an ad that also demonstrates just how bad Proposition NN will be!
