Interview: Taylor Rhodes of RMGO – Superior Lawsuit – Gun Confiscation in Boulder County

Superior-RMGO

Gun confiscation, firearm registration, imprisonment, and fines for gun owners.

This is the reality for gun owners in Superior, Colorado.

Law-abiding citizens will soon be classified as criminals if they don’t turn in their guns by July 30.

As I previously wrote, on June 7, 2022, the towns of Superior, Boulder, Lafayette, and Louisville all passed extreme gun control measures.

This attack was a coordinated effort by anti-gun activists from New York, who are funded by the Bloomberg-sponsored Moms Demand Action, Everytown for Gun Safety, and Gaby Giffords.

Superior Town Trustee Tim Howard and New York Lawyer for Everytown Dustin Williamson are leading this effort to disarm Coloradoans.

Just last week, the Town of Superior emailed their residents telling them to turn in their guns or become criminals.

You may have noticed in the above email, blackjacks, gas guns, metallic knuckles, gravity knives and switchblade knives are also considered “illegal weapons.”

Make no mistake, Boulder County is just the testing ground for disarmament.

The Authoritarian Political Class will not stop until they have stripped us of our ability to defend ourselves.

Thankfully, Colorado’s Pro-Gun group Rocky Mountain Gun Owners (RMGO) have launched a lawsuit against the Town of Superior.

Taylor Rhodes joined me to discuss this tyranny in our midst, and how RMGO is fighting back.

Please consider contributing to RMGO’s legal fund.

July 22 Update from RMGO: 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆: An Obama Appointed Judge just granted our Temporary Restraining Order against the Town of Superior. This order BLOCKS the town from enforcing their unconstitutional Magazine Ban and Assault Weapons Ban. This is a great win and a sign of what is to come in this case.

  1. I’m from superior. The way the town went about this was through illegal off record meetings before sending the town a notice for comment on a Friday evening stating all feedback for the bill was due by Monday noon. Residents were caught unaware by this tactic and had little time to respond. During the public vote session only pro-ban speakers were allowed to present their pleas to support this bill. During the public comment period speak8ng time was disproportionately weighted to favor people in support. Changes to the bill were made on the fly during this session with no public review or comment. Regardless of your view, this entire sham process was an example of corrupt and failed institutional procedure. The town board should be in jail for their actions in how this this bill was handled.
