UPDATE: Donate to the Bandimere GoFundMe: Bandimere Speedway God and Country Defense Fund
On July 4th, 2020, the family who owns and operates the iconic Bandimere Speedway stood up for their rights, and the rights of their patrons by allowing individuals to attend the famous yearly event.
Nearly 8,000 individuals showed up on Independence Day.
The yearly race and fireworks show attracts thousands of race fans annually, and is an important part of the community.
If you grew up in Jefferson County or in the local racing community, you might have fond memories of Bandimere Speedway.
After the Independence Day event, the bureaucrats in Jefferson County sought a permanent restraining order against the family-owned business.
Fortunately, JeffCo was not granted a permanent restraining order, and the attempt to shut down Bandimere was stalled.
The Bandimere family did their best to keep the speedway going, but enough was enough, and a protest against the tyranny of Jefferson County, and the Colorado State Government was organized:
In a time where so many business owners are afraid to speak up, what the Bandimere family did was truly courageous.
The September 1st Protest was a massive success, with thousands in attendance, and rousing speeches by Michelle Malkin, Rep. Patrick Neville, Randy Corporon, and John Bandimere Sr.
Photos from the Bandimere 2020 Covid Chaos Protest:
The heroic Bandimere family stood up for their rights, their supporters, and the entire racing community when they held the rally on September 1st.
Not only did thousands of Coloradoans show their support for Bandimere, but they showed their belief in a free society.
The Bandimere Protestors are believers in a better world.
A world where individuals stand together to speak out against tyranny.
They believe in the spirit of America.
The spirit of freedom.
As you might expect, two days after the protest, the Jefferson County Government once again attempted to shut down Bandimere, this time with a lawsuit.
The evil authorities in Jefferson County could not stand to see a group of peaceful individuals protest the idiotic edicts of the county health department.
Mark Johnson, Jefferson County Public Health Director (who doesn’t even live in Jefferson County), and his staff are trying to make an example of Bandimere.
Coloradoans who believe in freedom have a historic opportunity to stand with a local, family business that is fighting tyranny.
The bad guys will win if no one speaks out in defense of Bandimere.
You can do your part by calling the Jefferson County Commissioners at 303-271-8525 and tell them to “Stop the lawsuit against Bandimere.”
Also, call Jeffco District Attorney Pete Weir at 303-271-6800 and urge him to “Stop the lawsuit against Bandimere.”
We don’t always get to pick our battles.
This time, the battle for freedom is at Bandimere Speedway.
Will you stand up for freedom?

I applaud what you are doing. I live in Grand Junction and have never had the privilege of going to a race at your track, but I have children who live in the Denver area who have. If businesses & individuals don’t stand up now, my concern is, there won’t be anything left to stand for. His Bless.
Hi Charlotte. The Bandimere Family has the courage to stand up against this outrage. I wish more businesses would do the same!
We are all being bullied by these socialist/communist/marxist/democrats. Everyone of us in every walk of life. The masks, the no talking to your neighbor, the churches, the business owners, the workers, the retired and living in these homes for seniors. We need to stick together and fight these evil doers before we are not allowed in our own homes without the gestapo interfering.
Well-said Mary. All of us who believe in freedom need to stand up against the tyranny we are seeing from our State and Local Gov’ts.
And that’s one of the reasons I created this website. I’m hoping to create a network of free people.
We lived on Braun Way in Morrison years ago. The man who lived across the street raced his car at Bandimere. We loved hearing the rumble of his car and the excitement of him talking about racing. We are behind you and agree that the county probably only wants your land for more housing. Keep the faith that God is still in control and will handle this! We are praying for you!!
I support your view and agree that the government is top heavy with Liberal Democrats making decisions for people when they are not listening to all of the facts. While there is a disease running ramped in the country there are more disinformation facts than actual facts. The choice of the individual to attend your rally was the freedom of choice that we all have and should make sure we have the right to continue to make our own choices to venture into what someone else believes is harms way. We still have our rights and remembering your events if the COVID 19 virus can live in the level of oxygen and alcohol fumes of a race way then we are all going to lose. I for one don’t believe it would survive the fumes of the raceway during a scheduled racing exhibition. Long Live Bandimere Speedway and those who own it.
