Colorado has the strongest taxpayer protections in the country.
In 1992, Colorado voters added the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights (TABOR) to the State Constitution.
This landmark policy has allowed Coloradans to keep billions of dollars in tax money and has limited the growth and size of government.
TABOR is also the reason why Colorado voters receive the “Blue Book” in the mail before every election.
In fact, TABOR is the reason why Colorado hasn’t descended into a failed state like California.
And that’s why it needs to be defended!
