Natalie Menten: It’s the Last Week of the Legislative Session and SB23-213 Must STILL be Stopped!

The 2023 Colorado State Legislative Session is almost over!

And with a week left, one of the most controversial bills of the year is still being considered.

SB23-213, Governor Jared Polis’ Land Use bill would drastically increase state intervention in the housing market.

This bill originally would have forced High-Density Housing into communities that don’t want it.

The bill has been amended, but it is still bad policy!

In this video, Natalie Menten explains how SB23-213 creates new fees, and forces “affordability” schemes on local communities.
