Colorado Legislators EXPOSED: Gun Rights Lobbyist Thrown Out of House Lobby & Threatened With Arrest!

Colorado’s anti-gun laws are usually sponsored by Democrat Legislators.

Unfortunately, sometimes Republicans sponsor a bill that also negatively affects our gun rights.

That’s the case with Rep. Anthony Hartsook, who sponsored two bills this year that have negative implications for our Right to Self-Defense.

HB26-1108: Colorado Bureau of Investigation Access Federal Fingerprint Search Service would have sent the fingerprints of every concealed carry permit holder in Colorado to the FBI in a permanent database.

And HB26-1302: Colorado Bureau of Investigation Firearms InstaCheck Unit Operating Hours which allows the CBI to potentially delay the processing of background checks for Coloradans attempting to legally purchase a firearm.

Rep. Hartsook is a sponsor on both of these bad bills!

Thankfully, Rocky Mountain Gun Owners (RMGO) sounded the alarm on these bills and helped stop HB26-1108, which was “postponed indefinitely” in the Committee Hearing!

Catching Valentinis is the Director of Operations for RMGO and he’s also been sounding the alarm on HB26-1302 by alerting the public and talking to lawmakers about how bad this bill could be for Colorado’s gun owners.

Of course, Republicans don’t like being accused of supporting anti-gun legislation.

And Rep. Anthony Hartsook was so angry with Catching and RMGO that he had the Sargent of Arms at the Capitol kick out Catching from the Lobby outside the State House Floor!

To make matters worse, at the Douglas County Republican Assembly, Senator Lisa Frizell (an ally of Rep. Hartsook) talked to law enforcement about Catching’s attempt to warn delegates about Rep. Hartsook’s anti-gun agenda.
