Colorado Legislators Subvert Citizen Initiative! Democrats Sabotage Ballot Measure to Fix Our Roads!

The people of Colorado have a Constitutional Right to petition our government for redress of grievances.

And, we the people have plenty of grievances!

Something that nearly everyone in Colorado can agree upon is that the State Government has FAILED in their core duty to ensure our roads are kept in good condition.

The roads are in horrible shape even though we are all taxed when we buy a car or when we buy gas.

Most people would expect our transportation taxes to go towards roads, but unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be the case!

That’s why the people of Colorado are coming together to support a citizen-led ballot measure, Initiative 175, that would force our State Government to spend transportation taxes on fixing roads and bridges.

And as you might expect, the Democrat majority in the Legislature is not happy about it!

That’s why they passed HB26-1430 in the last few days of the 2026 Legislative Session.

The entire purpose of this bill is to subvert Initiative 175 and stop the people of Colorado from using their right to petition.

In this video, Brandon breaks it all down and exposes the absolutely tyrannical and anti-democratic attitude of Colorado’s Democratic Majority.
