The worst anti-gun law in Colorado history, SB25-003 is being fought in the courts.
Daniel Fenlason, Director of Operations for the Colorado Shooting Sports Association (CSSA), and Teddy Collins, owner of Spartan Defense and Vice-President of Industry Relations for CSSA joined me to discuss the lawsuit.
Senate Bill 25-003 turns Coloradans into second-class citizens who are unable to exercise their Second Amendment rights without jumping through hoops and paying expensive fees and charges.
Also, Daniel and Teddy also talk about the lawsuit against Proposition KK, the gun and ammo tax and the upcoming Colorado Shots for Freedom fundraiser and banquet.
