Colorado’s Authoritarian Democrats have been waging a war on your right to self-defense this year in the State Legislature.
Already, bills to raise the age of purchase to 21, expand Red Flag Gun Confiscation, institute a three day waiting period, and allow lawsuits against gun stores and manufacturers have already passed the Legislature.
But the most onerous of these measures is HB23-1230, the so-called “Assault Weapons Ban.”
Sponsored by DSA member Elisabeth Epps, and Rhonda Fields, this bill would criminalize the purchase and possession of the most common types of firearms in Colorado.
Taylor Rhodes, the Executive Director of Rocky Mountain Gun Owners (RMGO) is leading the fight against anti-gun legislation down at the Capitol this year.
