Colorado Property Tax in 2023 – Part 7 – The Colorado “Blue Book” – Natalie on How You Can Participate

Every household in Colorado with a registered voter gets a “Blue Book” in the mail before each election.

Colorado voters are presented with the background of each ballot measure, as well as arguments for and against.

Most people don’t know, that this is thanks to the Taxpayer Bill of Rights (TABOR).

Politicians write their referred initiatives, but citizens can still have input on the final wording of the Blue Book.

In this video, Natalie Menten explains how you can influence what’s in the Blue Book.
