Property Taxes in Colorado are complicated!
Over the past few years, politicians have used their power to raise Colorado’s property taxes and deprive Coloradans of their hard-earned money.
Now with outrageously-high property taxes, Colorado voters are looking for a solution.
The Governor and his Legislative Lackeys are again trying to deceive Colorado voters with their 2023 Ballot Measure Initiative HH.
Thankfully, there are other options to lower our taxes!
Natalie Menten and myself are putting together a video series explaining Colorado’s Property Tax system and what we can do to lower our taxes.
This is the first part in a series.
In this video we detail the 2020 repeal of the Gallagher Amendment and how legislators knew the effect this would have on our taxes. We also cover this year’s Senate Bill 303 and the Ballot Initiative HH that will ask voters to give up their TABOR tax refund money in order to slightly lower property taxes.
