Colorado Governor Candidate Phil Weiser’s “Conflict of Interest Campaign Contributions”

Colorado Attorney General, and now Democratic Governor candidate, Phil Weiser has been accused of accepting “conflict of interest campaign contributions.”

This accusation isn’t from Phil’s Republican opponent. It’s from Democratic Senator Michael Bennet!

Michael Bennet ran against Phil Weiser in the Democratic Primary Election earlier this year.

Weiser beat Bennet, but Bennet was able to expose serious concerns about Phil Weiser during the campaign.

According to CBS News, “since Weiser announced his campaign for governor, he’s received about $75,000 from 68 attorneys at 12 law firms the AG’s office was engaged in litigation with or had just settled with.”

And this isn’t the only concerns that CBS reported on and Michael Bennet’s campaign emphasized.

In this video, Brandon breaks down this story.
