The Colorado State Legislature and the Governor have exceeded their authority.
They are planning on OUTLAWING the use of Natural Gas in Colorado homes.
This means no gas furnace, no gas water heater, no gas stove, no gas fireplace, etc.
It’s a complete abuse of power and wholly illegitimate.
This political authoritarianism is a reminiscent of a policy the Soviet Union or Communist China would enact.
The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) is appointed by the Governor and they deserve blame.
But most of the blame belongs to the Democrat-majority State Legislature who are forcing these policies upon us.
