The 2025 Colorado Legislature is proving to be one of the WORST Legislative Sessions in recent memory.
Laws are being introduced to violate our gun rights, increase the cost of doing business, more regulations, and of course the Democratic Majority is killing bills that would protect kids and families.
There is a lot of talk online about recall elections and replacing these bad legislators. Recalls aren’t always successful because of the high signature threshold needed to start a recall election. And even if you can initiate a recall election, you still need a candidate who can beat the current legislator.
It’s a better use of time and resources to start working on the 2026 election. It’s not that far away, and it’s important to recruit good candidates, start raising money, and building coalitions to turn out the vote.
