Everyone in the Denver Metro area is paying for RTD’s bus and train system.
It doesn’t matter if you don’t use, you still are paying for it through your taxes.
And yet, the crime, the drugs, and the delays prevent RTD from being used by many in the Denver area.
That all can change.
That’s because RTD is one of the few American transit agencies that is run by elected officials and not appointees.
