Colorado’s State Legislature has a lot of Representatives and Senators who were first appointed, rather than elected.
These legislators were appointed when their predecessors resigned before their term was up.
And now, Colorado’s about to get at least two more vacancy appointments.

Not only that, but there is an incredible opportunity coming with the 2026 elections because many legislators aren’t going to be running for reelection.
