Urgent: RTD Meeting June 25th to Keep Your Tax Refund! Natalie Menten Explains

On June 25th at 5:30 PM, RTD will decide whether they will ask voters this November to exempt all revenue from the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights.

In other words, RTD wants to eliminate all future TABOR rebates to district taxpayers.

RTD has failed to deliver on their promises and stay within their budget.

Now, they want more of your tax money to pay their director a big salary and continue to fleece the public.

Please attend the meeting in person or remotely!

What you can tell the board:

“We need an honest discussion in the ballot language.”

“If this is not a tax increase, why do you even have to put it on the ballot?”

The ballot question should read “Shall RTD be allowed to retain and spend… from monies that would otherwise be refunded under the taxpayer’s bill of rights.”
