This year, the Colorado State Legislature has pushed some of the most extreme legislation we’ve ever seen in Colorado.
From attacks on our right to keep and bear arms, to bills that interfere with the family relationship, some legislators have been brazen in their assault on liberty.
There have also been bills that haven’t made the mainstream news, but are detrimental to the Liberty of Coloradans.
Colorado has 100 Legislators serving in the General Assembly, and most of them vote against our Liberty everyday. So making this list, we had a lot of options, but we wanted to highlight specific policies and votes that helped define the first half of the 2025 Legislative Session.

In this video she joined me to discuss some bad legislation and hold accountable some of this year’s legislators who voted wrong.
