Why should he be expelled?

Tim Hernandez appeared at a Palestine Solidarity rally after the horrific attack on Israel, that resulted in the murder of hundreds of innocent people.

This isn’t surprising, because Tim Hernandez is a member of the extremist Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) group.

The DSA has been organizing rallies in support of Palestine Solidarity across the country and immediately after the attack on Israeli citizens.

Even before he was appointed to the State House, Hernandez made national headlines for his advocacy of a “forceful cultural revolution.”

After his controversial appointment, left-leaning news anchor Kyle Clark promoted Hernandez on his program.

Clark asked Hernandez to disavow violence, but he refused.

And just a day after the horrific violence against Israeli citizens, Hernandez was spotted at the Denver Rally by CBS Colorado:

To make matters worse, Hernandez argued with a pro-Israel individual, and it was caught on film and posted on Twitter:

Hernandez, when confronted by the individual who was disturbed over “the fact that you (Hernandez) can’t condemn women and children and elderly people being murdered in the street,” replied, “What about it?“

Colorado Representative Tim Hernandez is a disgrace to Colorado.

His record shows that he supports violence.

He needs to be expelled from the State House.

Every signed petition will be hand delivered to Colorado State House Leadership. This includes Speaker of the House, Julie McCluskie, Speaker Pro Tempore, Chris deGruy Kennedy, Majority Leader, Monica Duran, and Assistant Majority Leader, Jennifer Bacon.
