In the same week, Colorado Democrats in the State House voted AGAINST the “Children Are Not for Sale Act,” which would have put criminals convicted of trafficking children in jail for life, and introduced a bill to decriminalize prostitution in Colorado!
Rep. Scott Bottoms was the prime sponsor of the Children are Not for Sale Act, HB26-1082, and has been one of Colorado’s strongest advocates for protecting children in the State Legislature.
