The ability of individuals with different political perspectives to engage in debate and discussion is a cornerstone of a free and open society.
In order to have a representative government and democratic representation, people need to be able to discuss ideas and propose solutions to the problems facing society.
But what happens with radicals won’t allow debate?
Former State Representative and Far-Left Radical Tim Hernandez showed up at an event that was part of the “Disagree Healthier” initiative from Healthier United.
Not only is it ironic, but it’s a sad sign of the times.
The reality is that many on the Left do not want debate. They want revolution.
I think Hernandez is still trying to be a leader for this revolution that would institute Marxist policies and infringe on our freedom.
