Colorado’s New Laws Starting on January 1st, 2026

Colorado’s Legislature passed nearly 500 bills in 2025.

Now, we are going to have to pay the price.

The Democrat-Majority in the House and Senate are infringing on our Right to Self-Defense, banning certain appliances, making it more difficult for property owners to rent their property, and much more.

The reality is, Coloradans are being turned into second class citizens.

Americans in our neighboring states do not have the restrictions placed on them like we do.

Coloradans have less choices, more expenses and less Liberty.

In this video, Brandon explores recent news articles that discuss new laws going into effect in 2026 and provides his commentary and thoughts on these new laws.
