Colorado Criminals Released due to “Incompetency Law.” It’s Time for a New Game Plan!

Colorado families are being put at risk by legislation that has led to the release of violent criminals.

Under Colorado law, those deemed “incompetent” are released back on the streets with charges dropped.

Several high-profile cases have illustrated how horrible this is for the safety of Coloradans.

In Weld County, a man who was charged with attempted murder was let out.

In Aurora, a sex offender who tried to grab a child at school was deemed incompetent.

And in Colorado Springs, a murderer ADMITTED to killing a woman, but will walk free.

It’s horrific and cannot be allowed to continue.

Thankfully, we have some good Legislators at the State Capitol who are leading the fight to repeal dangerous incompetency laws and keep criminals locked up.

That’s one of the reasons why I’m so excited to be working with We The Parents.

Please consider signing the petition and let’s turn things around!
