Tina Peters is in jail for 9 years.
Some people call her a whistleblower, a hero, a patriot.
Others call her a criminal.
But Tina Peters’ story has many unanswered questions.
What would have happened if the jury was able to hear all the evidence that her lawyers wanted to present? (Some of her evidence was ruled inadmissible).
Did any of the other people involved have nefarious motives? Did they set her up?
And now, with a new Trump Administration, a big question is, can he help her?
James Wiley has been involved in the Election Integrity battle for years, and has information on the case.
