Colorado children are at risk of being lured into dangerous gender medical procedures which include chemical castration, and life-altering surgeries.
To make matters worse, the Colorado State Legislature this year has introduced a bill (HB25-1312) that would require courts to consider a parent’s hesitation with gender transitions as a determination in custody hearings.
That’s right, if you disagreed with your ex-spouse on transitioning your child, you could lose custody.
Unfortunately this is already happening in Colorado, but this new law would create a legal requirement that would ensure it happens even more often.
