The unionization of Colorado’s Public Sector Employees is something most people haven’t been paying attention to.
Slowly, over the past several years, County, City and State employees have been given more and more Unionization power.
And now, 2025 is shaping up to be one of the biggest pushes for Unionization that Colorado has seen in a long time.
The biggest threat to Colorado workers is the push to make it easier to create “closed shops,” where employees are REQUIRED to join a Union and the vote threshold to unionize is much lower.
Regardless of what you think of unions, government employees should not have the ability to negotiate for MORE of our tax money with a government that is complicit in robbing us of our wealth.
In this video, Natalie Menten shows how Unions have funneled dark money into political campaigns to raise our taxes and make life even more expensive.
If you want to become an expert on Colorado’s Union laws, this is a great place to start.
